How to write a review
Email - Once you place your order, you will receive an email after 5 days inviting you to review your purchase. Once reviewed, you will receive a rewards email containing your 15% off coupon. This coupon can be applied towards your next purchase of $20 or more at checkout. Please note: For your coupon to generate, you must submit your review using the same email address that was used to place your order for the item you are reviewing.
Account page - You can also submit a review in your Accounts section. Go to Menu > Log into your account (if you don't have an account, please create one) > Select either the "Reviews" tab or the "Orders" tab.
- Reviews tab - Here you will see your recent reviews, any products that are ready to be reviewed, along with any coupons you've already earned.
- Orders tab - In addition, you can also submit a review from the "Orders" page. > Click the "Orders" tab > Select the order you want to review > Select "Write a review".
Product Page - To submit a review directly on the website > Navigate to the item you previously ordered and wish to review. > Scroll to the review section towards the bottom of the page. > Click on "Write a Review". Please note: For your coupon to generate, be sure to submit your review using the same email address that was used to place your order for the item you are reviewing. After submitting your review, you will receive an email asking you to verify your review. - This is to ensure all web reviews are authentic. Once verified, you will receive a rewards email containing your 15% off coupon. This coupon can be applied towards your next purchase of $20 or more.
