How to write a review:

Please note - For your coupon to generate, you must submit your review using the same email that was used to place your order for the item you are reviewing.

Email - Once you place your order, you will receive an email after 5 days inviting you to review your purchase. Once reviewed, you will receive a rewards email containing your 15% off coupon. This coupon can be applied towards your next purchase of $20 or more at checkout.

Account page - You can also submit a review in your Accounts section. Go to Menu > Log into your account (if you don't have an account, please create one) > Select either the "Reviews" tab or the "Orders" tab.

  • Reviews tab - Here you will see your recent reviews, any products that are ready to be reviewed, along with any coupons you've already earned.
  • Orders tab - In addition, you can also submit a review from the "Orders" page. > Click the "Orders" tab > Select the order you want to review > Click on the "Manage" drop down > Select either "View your reviews" or "Write a review".

Product Page - To submit a review directly on the website > Navigate to a previously ordered item that you wish to review. > Scroll to the review section towards the bottom of the page. > Click on "Write a Review". After submitting your review, you will receive an email asking you to verify your review. - This is to ensure a web review is an authentic review. Once verified, you will receive a rewards email containing your 15% off coupon. This coupon can be applied towards your next purchase of $20 or more.
