- USPS Ground Advantage - $4.99 - (2-5 Business Days) - Tracking & up to $100 in insurance included
- USPS Priority-Mail - $11.99 - (2-3 Business Days) - Tracking & up to $100 in insurance included
Please Note: Up to $100 in shipping insurance is offered through the shipping carriers.
While we make every effort to pack every order for safe shipping, once packages have shipped, sadly we loose all control of their safe handling and of their whereabouts. Therefore, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, or for any packages delivered and left unattended.
For more information on shipping insurance or to file a claim for a lost, damaged, or stolen package, please contact the shipping carrier selected at check-out for assistance. (Refer to your order summary or to your account details to locate the carrier selected to ship your order).
Shipping fees are non-refundable and are not included as part of a refund or replacement.

We want you to love your Photo Magnets! So if you are not satisfied with your magnets - You can return them for a refund or replacement!
Please review the terms below before requesting a return.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items should be unaltered and in new condition.
- Returns are first reviewed for final approval to evaluate condition.
- Magnets improperly edited, or orders placed with, and shipped to incorrect or outdated shipping addresses, do not qualify for a refund or a replacement.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days, indicate the issue you are having with your order and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. If your order is eligible for a return, you will receive a message with instructions on how to return your order for final approval. Once your order has been received and if the above terms have been met, we will gladly issue you a refund or a replacement.
- Refunds - For returns that requested a refund, you will be issued a refund for the returned order amount, minus any discounts and the shipping cost, within 5 business days back to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your banking institute to process and post your refund. Please note - In the event you no longer have access to the original payment method used to place your order, please select a replacement for a shop credit.
- Replacements - For returns that requested a replacement, you will be issued a shop credit for the returned order amount, minus any discounts and the shipping cost, within 1 business day from date of being approved. Credits do not expire and are good towards any future order made at your convenience. Please note - By selecting a replacement, you are selecting our fastest return solution available.
Cancelations & Shipping Changes

At Dear Memories we know customers want their orders fast! And we are committed to meeting and exceeding that demand with our fast, 1-2 day shipping.*
However, due to this fast turn around time, we have found it challenging to incorporate an efficient cancelation process into our processing & shipping workflow. So at this time, to ensure we are able to continue offering fast shipping to all of our customers, once an order is placed, unfortunately it is unable to be canceled.
Shipping address changes - If you need to change your shipping address after you placed your order - Please contact us as soon as possible! We will make every effort to update this information before shipping. But please keep in mind, this is not a guarantee.
Note - Orders placed with and shipped to, incorrect or outdated shipping addresses, do not qualify for a refund or a replacement. Always double check your shipping address and personal information prior to checking out to avoid any shipping delays or complications. - Our shipping labels are automatically printed with this information and used for shipping.
