- Up to $100 in shipping insurance is offered through the shipping carriers, not Dear Memories™.
- First-Class Mail does not carry shipping insurance, and by selecting "Economy", your order may be shipped using First-Class shipping.
While we make every effort to pack every order for safe shipping, once packages have shipped, sadly we loose all control of their safe handling and of their whereabouts. Therefore, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, or for any packages delivered and left unattended. To insure your package, please consider selecting Ground Advantage, Priority-Mail or any other shipping option that guarantees shipping insurance at check-out.
