We want you to love your Photo Magnets! So if you are not satisfied with the construction or quality of your Photo Magnets - You can return them for a refund or replacement!

Contact Us within 30 days of delivery. Orders returned without first contacting us, or are outside the 30 day window, unfortunately do not qualify for a return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Magnets should be unaltered and in new condition.
- Returns are first reviewed for final approval to ensure all terms are met.
- Magnets improperly edited, or orders placed with, and shipped to incorrect or outdated shipping addresses, do not qualify for a refund or a replacement. If you need to update your shipping address after checking out - Please Contact Us as soon as possible! We will make every effort to update this information before shipping. - See below for more "Helpful tips to avoid errors when placing an order".
To initiate a return, please Contact Us within 30 days, indicate the issue you are having with your order and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. If your order is eligible for a return, you will receive an email with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your order for final approval. Once your order has been received and if the above terms have been met, you will be issued either a refund or a replacement.
- Refunds - For returns that requested a refund, you will be issued a refund for the returned order amount, minus any discounts and the original shipping cost, within 10 business days back to the payment method used to place your order. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your banking institute to process and post your refund. Note: In the event you no longer have access to your original payment method that was used to place your order, please select a replacement for a store credit.
- Replacements - For returns that requested a replacement, you will be issued a store credit to your shop account for the returned order amount, minus any discounts and the original shipping cost, within 1 business day from date of being approved. Credits do not expire and are good towards any future order made at your convenience. Note: A replacement is the fastest solution compared to the turn around time of a refund.
Shipping Policy
As we all know, things can sometimes happen in the mail. So we make every effort to safely pack all of our orders so that they arrive safe and sound to our customers! However, once our packages are shipped, sadly we loose all control of their safe handling and whereabouts. Therefore we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, or for any packages delivered and left unattended. To insure your package, please consider selecting Ground Advantage, Priority-Mail or any other shipping method that carries shipping insurance at check-out.

Changes & Cancelations

At Dear Memories we know our customers want their orders fast! And we are committed to meeting, and exceeding that demand with our fast, 2-Day Shipping*.
However, do to the fast turn around time associated with 2-day shipping*, we have found it challenging to incorporate an efficient cancelation process into our processing & shipping workflow. So at this time, to ensure we are able to continue offering fast shipping to all of our customers, and to ensure we are able to continue meeting that goal, once an order is placed, unfortunately it is unable to be canceled.
Shipping address changes - If you need to make a shipping address change after you placed your order - Please Contact Us as soon as possible! We will make every effort to update this information before shipping.
Helpful tips to prevent errors when placing an order:
- Follow all steps detailed in the listing description under "How To" when designing your Photo Magnets.
- Use the edit tool to crop and arrange EACH uploaded image. Then review all of your edits before continuing to checkout.
- At check out, double check that the shipping address and shipping method is correct before checking out.
